SKILLS REQUERIDOS

. Experiencia en soporte técnico y troubleshooting en un ambiente complejo.
. 2 a 4 años de experiencia en la creación, administración y desarrollo Solaris en SUN y/o Fujitsu hardware.
. 2 años de experiencia utilizando Veritas Cluster Server, avanzado conocimiento de conceptos y técnicas.
. 2 años configurando SAN bajo Solaris; los candidatos deberán ser capaces de tener provisiones LUNs y de realizar operaciones apropiadas en Sistemas Operativos.
. 2 a 4 años de experiencia con Veritas File Systems y Volumen Manager.
. Experiencia con AIX y/o Linux (deseable)
. Experiencia con Red Hat Enterprise Server dentro de un importante ambiente de producción.
. Capacidad de investigación y evaluación.
. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
. Capacidad para obtener resultados orientados y una alta flexibilidad para asignación de tareas.
. Experiencia en relación al comportamiento de un sistema y a la resolución de problemas del mismo.
. Experiencia en manejo de gestión de proveedores.
. Fuerte enfoque de servicio al Cliente y excelentes habilidades interpersonales.
. Excelentes habilidades de documentación.

REQUIRED Skills

• 3 + years of progressive experience in computing, development, architecture or client / server n-tier support experience required
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting technical issues in a large and complex environment
• 2-4 years of experience in setting up, administering and deploying on Sun Solaris and / or Fujitsu hardware
• 2 + Years of experience utilizing clustering Veritas Cluster Server. Advanced knowledge of clustering concepts and techniques
• 2 + years configuring SAN under Solaris Should be able to take provisioned LUNs and perform appropriate OS operations
• 2-4 Years of experience with Veritas Volume Manager and File systems
• Experience with AIX and / or Linux a bonus
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Server in a large production environment
• Strong research, investigation and evaluation skills
• Proven ability to communicate technical and production-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Results oriented and highly flexible in work assignments
• Effective skill and experience regarding system behavior and resolution
• Vendor Management experience
• Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills
