• Inform guests about the ship's facilities, policies and procedures • provide tourist information to guests • deal with enquiries and requests from guests • calculate guests' bills and issue receipts upon payment • perform cashier duties, cash travellers cheques and exchange foreign currency • follow in-house procedures to help ensure the security and safety of guests and employees • follow company policies and procedures at all times • Performs any other duties assigned by the Head of Department. • Candidates must be older than 21 years and able to fluently speak in English. |
