Entre sus responsabilidades se encuentran:

• Maintain the security and controls of the storage processes and procedures
• Adhere to Problem and Change Management Best Practices
• Provide operational support for SAN infrastructure
• Coordinate SAN installation, upgrades, and failed hardware replacements
• Troubleshoot problems, and escalate to Tier3 when required
• Maintain storage metrics and prepare reports for environments supported

Se requieren conocimientos de:

Willingness to learn and contribute.
Technical administration experience with servers, network, or storage.
Problem and Change Management (Remedy).
Critical and analytical thinking skills.

• Desirable Skills or Skills Willing-to-Train:
Storage management skills with EMC hardware platforms or other SAN platforms.
Knowledge and experience in storage management software: Navisphere, ECC, SMC, Command Central.
